1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

3. Account Registration

3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals will not be processed until any active bonus wagering requirement linked to your account is cleared. Attempting to withdraw before clearing a wagering requirement will result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being forfeited. Your original deposited funds (net of any bets placed) remain withdrawable at any time.

4.3 Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary deposit limits from their Win 786 account settings. These apply on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. A limit increase takes 48 hours to come into effect as a responsible gaming safeguard. A limit decrease applies immediately.

5. Betting Rules

5.3 Odds and Settlement

All bets are settled at the odds displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement, unless the bet was placed on a market that was subsequently voided. Win 786 settles bets based on official results from the relevant governing body for each sport. In the case of disputes, Win 786's decision is final.

5.4 Void Bets

Win 786 may void a bet where: an event is abandoned or postponed beyond the permitted settlement window; incorrect odds were published due to a system error; the event referenced does not match the intended selection; or where Win 786 has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of an event. Stakes for voided bets are returned to the player's account in full.

5.5 Live In-Play Betting

In-play bets at Win 786 are accepted subject to a brief delay to ensure fairness. Win 786 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly around key event moments (wickets, goals, penalties). Any bet placed after a material event but before the market suspension is completed may be voided at Win 786's discretion.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are non-transferable between accounts.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies (such as staking on both outcomes) designed to clear wagering with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotion mechanics. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be permanently closed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the Win 786 platform. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and — where appropriate — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Attempting to access Win 786's systems beyond your player account, including any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or disrupt the platform.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Win 786 may suspend or close your account at any time with or without prior notice if Win 786 reasonably believes that: you have breached these Terms; you have provided false information during registration or KYC; your account activity suggests money laundering or fraud; you have requested self-exclusion; or your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity of Win 786's operations.

You may close your Win 786 account at any time by contacting support@win786.world. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any bonus-derived winnings subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.

Win 786 is not liable for any losses you incur on other platforms following the closure of your Win 786 account, nor for any opportunity losses arising from account suspension during an investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Win 786 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we invest heavily in uptime and reliability, Win 786 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability, including losses arising from an inability to place or withdraw a bet during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

Win 786's total liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made to that player's account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to cases of fraud or intentional misconduct by Win 786.

Win 786 is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from winnings under Pakistani law. Players are solely responsible for determining and meeting any applicable tax liabilities on their betting income.

11. Privacy and Data

13. Amendments to These Terms
